Repairs you have to pay for

How charges work

We use standard charges for common repairs across all areas. These charges:

  • include extra costs if the repair must be done faster than the usual 20 working days
  • are reviewed every year with the Housing Revenue Budget

If you report a rechargeable repair we will tell you the cost if it is listed in our standard charges. If it is not listed, we will give you an estimate and explain that the final cost may change

You can choose whether to let us do the repair or arrange it yourself
