The first phase of the LINK housing project for upper Achintore is now complete and has successfully delivered 82 affordable homes (see the seperate Upper Achintore Housing Phase 1a and Phase 1b projects).
This project aims to deliver up to 350 new homes in the Lundavra/upper Achintore area of town. Originally a second phase was expected to follow however funding has not yet been agreed due to a combination of development costs and funding availability, and currently further phases are on hold.
