A disabled persons’ parking bay is an area marked on the road to show that the space has been reserved for a disabled person.
You can apply for a disabled persons' parking bay if:
- You or a member of your household is disabled and has a Blue Badge
- You or that person owns, or has the regular use of, a vehicle which is kept at that address
