Highland Reuse and Repair Fund

Supporting communities to reduce, reuse and recycle

Current application deadline: 12 noon, Friday 16 October 2026.

This grant scheme supports community projects that promote reuse and repair, and help build a circular economy.

You can apply for funding between £2,000 and £50,000 if you are part of a:

  • Constituted community group
  • Public sector body
  • Charity
  • Co-operatives and community ownership initiative
  • Development trust

If you have a different governance structure to this, contact the Reuse and Repair Fund team to discuss eligibility before applying.

Funding can be used to support capital or revenue costs.

The assessment process will take 6-8 weeks following the close of applications, so projects should be ready to start in December 2026 or January 2027. Projects must be fully complete, including all monitoring paperwork, before 28 February 2028.
