Payroll monthly deadlines
All changes, such as new starters, leavers, absences, and family leave, must be submitted to payroll by the specified cut-off dates to ensure employees are paid correctly and promptly.
These dates may change in December or in months where bank holidays fall within processing periods.
For end-of-month payrolls that fall on a weekend, the cut-off date will be the preceding Friday. For Mid-Month Payrolls (Pay 53) that fall on a weekend, the cut-off will be the following Monday.

AVC Salary Sacrifice Scheme Deadlines
Submit any new applications, amendments, or cancellations through the MyMoneyMatters portal by the last working day of the month to ensure they are included in the following month’s pay run. This allows sufficient time for the provider to communicate details to Payroll. Note that standard payroll cut-off dates do not apply.
