What you can expect

When you contact us:

  • we will offer you a Housing Options appointment within 6 working days, where possible
  • if you are in crisis or at risk of homelessness, you can speak to someone immediately
  • you can bring a friend, relative or advocate to your appointment
  • your appointment will take place in a safe, confidential and welcoming space

You will be supported by a trained member of staff who will:

  • listen to your situation and explain your housing options clearly
  • provide accurate, balanced advice to help you make informed decisions
  • give you a named case worker so you do not have to repeat your story
  • create a Housing Options Action Plan with you, and explain what happens next

If some options are not available to you, we will explain why.
