Ongoing support

We will continue to support you until you reach a suitable housing outcome.

  • If you are homeless, we will stay in contact (usually every 2 weeks) to offer advice and help
  • If you are not homeless, we will agree how often to stay in touch, and this will be set out in your Action Plan

With your permission, we may share your information with other services that can help. We will make any referrals within 5 working days.
