The consultation period for the Main Issues Report (MIR) closed on 30 April 2021. All comments received are available to view via the following link:
All comments were reported to the relevant Council committees at the end of 2021 for decision on the content of the formalised Plan, which will now be re-issued for further public input in March 2022. The relevant committee papers are available via these links:

The adopted IMFLDP was adopted in 2015 and sets out the policies and land allocations to guide development in the Inner Moray Firth area over the next 20 years.
The plan must be read along with the Highland-wide Local Development Plan.
The Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan (IMFLDP) Delivery Programme sets out the infrastructure and development required to support the implementation of the IMFLDP.
