Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan
Plan Review
In 2019, we began the process of reviewing the Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan (IMFLDP). The first stage is known as the Call for Sites and allows interested parties to suggest potential sites for development and highlight prirorities for particular places.

The outcome from this initial stage of consultation will be subject to a range of statutory assessments and will be presented as a Main Issues Report in early 2020.

Adopted Plan
The adopted IMFLDP was adopted in 2015 and sets out the policies and land allocations to guide development in the Inner Moray Firth area over the next 20 years.
The plan must be read along with the Highland-wide Local Development Plan.
Delivery Programme
The IMFLDP Delivery Programme sets out the infrastructure and development required to support the implementation of the Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan (IMFLDP).
Other relevant plans
The Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan supersedes all or parts of our Local Plans.
