Revised Nairn South Masterplan
Nairn South is a site that is allocated for development in the Inner Moray Firth Local Development. In adopting that plan in 2015,we have revised the masterplan that was prepared in 2013 and is available under the background documents section of this webpage.
We are also required to determine the transport infrastructure required to support development of the site, and in early 2016 transport consultants AECOM were commissioned to prepare a Transport Appraisal. This was presented to the Nairnshire Committee in April 2016 who agreed for the document to be made available for public comment.
Give us your comments
The deadline for your comments is Monday 1 August 2016, having been extended from 29 July 2016 to compensate for scheduled maintenance that is being carried out on our consultation portal from 8pm on Friday 29th July to 8pm on Sunday 31st July.
Your comments will be referred to the Nairnshire Committee in September, and councillors will be asked to decide how to proceed with the next stage of preparing a revised masterplan for the site. This will update a masterplan for the site prepared in 2013 which is available at the link below along with background documents.
