Policies

There are two policy documents that cover the management of the Highland Council Common Good Funds

• Common Good Fund Policy - defines the guiding principles for the governance, stewardship and administration of Common Good Funds in the Highland Council administrative area.
• Policy for disposal or lease of Common Good property for a consideration less than market value - this is specific to Common Good property and supplements a wider Council policy.
