Works in properties
We carry out programmes of both revenue and capital funded works across our non-domestic property estate. The way works are tendered is dependent on the value of the works package.
Service and maintenance contracts for plant and equipment requiring statutory maintenance or inspection are tendered prior to the existing contract expiring and are published using open tender on the Public Contract Scotland website.
We are developing a new Trades Framework to support the majority of reactive repairs across the estate. It is hoped that this framework will go live in 2026.
