There are circulated for approval Minutes of Meeting of the Licensing Board held on 16th March and Adjourned Meeting held on 13th April, 2004.


3. Caithness Drugs and Alcohol Forum


A representative from the Caithness Drugs and Alcohol Forum has been invited to the meeting to address Members on the work of the Forum.


4. Children's Certificates - Review of Conditions 

 

The Board is invited to note the three responses received to the recent consultation letter, from Robert Reynolds of Portland Arms Hotel, Helen Hill of Nethercliffe Hotel, and the Scottish Licensed Trade Association. A copy of the consultation letter and the standard Children's Certificate conditions are also attached.
