Agenda: Read the Agenda

A meeting of the Planning Review Body will take place on Wednesday, 20 September 2017, in the Chamber, Highland Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, at 10.30 a.m., or following the accompanied site inspection at Lismore House, Kinellan, Strathpeffer (item 5.1 below refers), commencing at 9.00 a.m., whichever shall be the later.

Members are reminded that in the determination of a Notice of Review, to be entitled to participate, they must be present throughout all of the proceedings, including the site inspection, if any.  Members are further reminded that mobile devices, including mobile phones, can be used for following the agenda/reports and delivering speeches but should not be used for any form of communication (text or tweet) during the meeting or site visit.

Webcast Notice: This meeting will be filmed and broadcast over the Internet on the Highland Council website and will be archived and available for viewing for 12 months thereafter.

You are invited to attend the meeting and a note of the business to be considered is attached.  Members are respectfully reminded to wear clothing and footwear appropriate to the site and weather conditions.
