Pedestrian Jubilee Bridge in Nairn closed

Members of the public are advised that the Jubilee Bridge in Nairn is currently closed.

An issue with the deck of the bridge has been identified this morning (14 January) and has resulted in closure in the interests of public safety.

Arrangements are now being made to have the bridge structurally inspected and assessed to establish the next steps.
