What happens next?
If you submit your challenge within 14 days of the PCN being issued and your appeal is unsuccessful, we will send you a letter explaining why the notice has not been cancelled. You will still have the opportunity to pay the reduced amount.
If your challenge is received after the 14-day discount period and is rejected, the full charge will apply and the discounted rate will no longer be available.
