Appeal to the Parking Tribunal
You can only appeal to an independent adjudicator after you have received a Notice of Rejection from us.
The appeal should be submitted to the Parking and Bus Lane Tribunal for Scotland, the Notice of Rejection will include instructions on how to do this.
The adjudicator can only consider appeals based on the grounds listed in the Notice to Owner, and their decision is final and legally binding.
