Lost your PCN?
If you cannot find your Penalty Charge Notice, we can locate the PCN number for you by using the:
- vehicle registration number
- date and location of the PCN (if known)
Send this information to parking@highland.gov.uk, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the PCN number.
