If informal steps do not work and the noise continues, you can report it to us.
We will ask for:
- your name, address and contact details
- the name and address of the business causing the noise (if known)
- a description of the noise, including when and how often it happens
- how the noise affects you
- any steps you have taken to resolve the issue
We won’t share your details with the business without your permission.
