Wick and Thurso public meetings 2013
In 2013, design-focused feedback sessions ("charrettes") were held with communities in Wick and Thurso.
The aim was to encourage consideration of ways in which we could work with local communities and others to help deliver some of the outcomes and ideas for the future. During these events, local communities helped to draw up plans reflecting people’s ideas for development, regeneration and general improvements across each town and the surrounding areas.
The outcomes of the charrettes have been taken into account in preparing the Caithness and Sutherland Local Development Plan (CaSPlan).
