Planning enforcement register
We try to resolve planning breaches through negotiation. When a breach is serious or cannot be resolved with negotiation, we may take formal enforcement action. This usually involves serving a legal notice. Several notices may be served on an enforcement case depending on the nature of the unauthorised building works.
All enforcement notices served by us since 2013 are available on our public register. Select 'Enforcements' to search the register.
This does not include Tree Preservation Orders or High Hedge Notices.
