How to apply
To submit information to satisfy conditions for major developments please complete our online form.
Your application will go to our eProcessing team, who will give you with a new reference number within 5 working days.
Once you receive this new reference number, upload all supporting documentation through the eDevelopment.Scot portal using the Post Submission of Additional Documents (PSAD) form. When you submit your PSAD application, you must submit a Document Schedule listed each condition separately. Quote your new application reference where requested on the PSAD form.
Apply for satisfaction or discharge of conditions for major developments
If you are applying for our Priority service, payment will be requested when you submit your form. Your application will not be valid until payment has been confirmed.
Once you have applied
There is a legal requirement to send us a Notification of Initiation of Development before you start development on site. You should only submit this once all pre-commencement conditions have been satisfied.
Development can only start once we have advised you that all conditions are satisfied.
