Facilities for hire
We offer a range of facilities for public and commercial hire, managed by our Facilities Booking Team. These include selected school kitchens, dining areas, and sports facilities.
Bookings are available for:
- Single-use sessions
- Block bookings
- One-off events
To make a booking, complete an application form at least 10 working days before your event. All bookings are subject to availability. Before applying, review our terms and conditions of hire.
- Charges are reviewed annually on 1 April. From that date, new rates will apply.
- VAT is charged at the current rate on sporting and physical recreation lets, in line with Section 5 of HMRC Notice 742: Land and Property.
