Curriculum for Excellence
Curriculum for Excellence is the curriculum for children aged 3 to 18 in Scotland. It aims to ensure that all children and young people develop the attributes, knowledge, and skills they need to flourish in life, learning and work.
The curriculum focuses on developing four capacities, helping children to become:
- successful learners
- confident individuals
- responsible citizens
- effective contributors
