Administrative charge
A non-refundable £15 administration fee will be applied to each request to amend an issued let permit. This includes changes to the date, time, or location of the booking.
Surcharges
Additional charges may apply on a full cost recovery basis for:
- bookings that extend beyond standard operating hours (Monday to Friday up to 10pm; weekend hours vary by venue)
- any extra cleaning required as a result of the let
VAT on sporting and recreational lets
Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable at the current rate on lets for sporting or physical recreational activities, in accordance with Section 5 of HMRC Notice 742: Land and Property.
