Our Trading Standards team helps protect vulnerable residents from scam and nuisance phone calls. As part of this initiative, we may be able to provide a free 'trueCall Secure' call blocker device to consumers most at risk of financial harm.
A call blocker is a small device that:
- plugs into your landline phone socket
- automatically blocks scam and nuisance calls
- allows trusted callers, like friends and family, to get through
