Petroleum storage licence fees
These fees apply from April 2025 under the Petroleum (Consolidation) Regulations 2014.
These licence fees are set by statute and are not subject to VAT.
Granting of a Petroleum Storage Certificate or Licence to keep Petroleum Spirit of a quantity:
- Not exceeding 2,500 litres: £48 per year
- Exceeding 2,500 litres but not exceeding 50,000 litres: £65 per year
- Exceeding 50,000 litres: £137 per year
