Discounts for Disabled Care Facilities
Facilities devoted to residential care, training, or welfare services for disabled individuals may apply for relief from non-domestic business rates under this policy. To be eligible, the premises must be used for one or more of the following purposes:
- Residential accommodation for care or aftercare of disabled persons
- Training or occupational facilities for disabled persons
- Provision of welfare services for disabled individuals
