Who can apply
You may be eligible if:
- your home is in Council Tax Band A, B or C
(Band D is also eligible if your EPC rating is E, F or G) - you own your home or rent it privately (it must be your main residence)
- your property is not a listed building
- your home is heated by electricity, oil, LPG or solid fuel (for heat pumps)
- your walls are already insulated (for photovoltaic (PV) solar panels and heat pumps)
- your walls are solid stone (for external wall insulation)
