Safer Highland Group
The Safer Highland Group brings together partner organisations to help make Highland a safer and stronger place to live. The group also works to reduce reoffending and support safer communities.
Working together
The group includes 10 multi-agency committees, each focused on a different area of safety and well-being. Together, they help deliver the goals set out in the Highland Outcome Improvement Plan (HOIP).
By working in partnership, public services can:
- avoid duplication of work
- share resources and expertise
- achieve better results for communities

The Highland Community Planning Partnership (HCPP) is a group of public services, charities, and community organisations working together to make life better for people across the Highlands. Their goal is to reduce inequalities and improve services by listening to local communities and planning around what matters most to them
