Citizen Engagement platform
From June 2026, all of our on-line consultations and engagement with our communities will be created using our new engagement platform.
It has a wide range of functions, allowing communities to express ideas, complete surveys, vote on suggestions and use map-based functions to ‘drop’ pins in relevant maps as required.
The site will also be used for all statutory consultations such as school closures and traffic orders.

Consultation on the Highland Partnership Integration Scheme
NHS Highland and The Highland Council are consulting on the integration scheme for child and adult health and social care.
The scheme sets out arrangements first established in 2012 in relation to children’s and adult health and social care services, with NHS Highland being the lead agency for adult health and social care services and The Highland Council being the lead agency for children’s health and social care services.
Documentation relating to the scheme and consultation is available on the NHS Highland Website.
