Register for Council Tax
To register for Council Tax with us, you need to use our Change of Circumstances online form. This form allows you to:
- register a new address for Council Tax payments
- report changes such as moving house, someone moving in or out, or a child turning 18 or leaving education
- upload supporting documents like photos or scans directly through the form
You may need to provide:
- proof of identity
- payslips, earnings statements, or self-employment income proof
- bank statements
- benefit award letters or notices of change
- tenancy documents
