Funders, administratorsdand auditors of public funds including European Structural Funds, The Scottish Government and Audit Scotland.
Conditions for processing personal information

If your support is partly funded through European Funding, your personal information will be stored in our systems for 3 years following the final payment of EU funds from the European commission to the Scottish Government for the Programme in question. This is for the purposes of performing auditing, monitoring and compliance checks, so that we know that funding is being spent appropriately.


As standard, your  personal information will be stored in our systems for up to 3 years after you have left our programmes. This is for the purposes of performing auditing, monitoring and compliance checks, so that we know that funding is being spent appropriately.
For other sources of funding which may become available, this privacy notice will be updated where appropriate.
