- Purpose
- The Highland Council created the Citizens’ Panel in 2010. The panel is made up of around 2,300 residents from the Highland population who have agreed to take part in consultation activity. This is to help the Council to find out what Highland residents think about Council services and ensure that communities take part in shaping services in the future.
- Description

If you do not provide the required personal information you cannot be a member of the Citizens’ Panel. This is because the Panel is necessarily constructed of a representative group of Highland residents. If personal details cannot be provided, a balance of Panel members cannot be made.
