Household Waste Recycling Centre Bookings - Privacy notices

The Council has duties under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to provide facilities for recycling and waste management. During the Covid-19 emergency, customers are required to book a time slot to use the Household Waste Recycling Centre in order that social distancing requirements can be adhered to. Personal information (name, address and vehicle registration) is required to administer this.

Your name and vehicle registration will be given to the site operative so they have a list of vehicles which have booked each day.

If you don't provide contact information we will be unable to permit access to Household Waste Recycling Centres.

Processing your personal information is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest by the Council (Article 6(1)(e) of GDPR).  The Council has statutory obligations under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
