Resilience Alert Website - Privacy notices

Description

The Resilience Alert website has been created to send alerts to members of The Highland Council staff in the event of a major emergency. Individuals may register for alerts by providing their mobile number so that an emergency text may be sent to them. The Staff Messaging Policy sets out the purpose of the system.

If you do not give us your information

If you don;t provide a mobile number we will be unable to deliver send you an alert in the event of an emergency. No other personal data is required.

How long we hold your information

By subscribing to the alerts you are agreeing for your mobile number to be used to receive alerts. Your mobile number will be retained for as long as you subscribe. You may unsubscribe from the alerts at any time. Your mobile number will be automatically deleted.
