If you don’t provide contact information and bank details, we will not be able to process and where applicable pay, any grant awarded.

Public Task - Article 6(1)(e). Processing is necessary for  the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

Applications will be handled by Highland Council and may be shared with representatives from partner organisations such as; Highland Employability Partnership i.e. Department of Work and Pensions, Developing the Young Workforce, Federation of Small Businesses, Highland Third Sector Interface, NHS Highland, Skills Development Scotland and the University of the Highlands and Islands.

Applications may also be shared with representatives of the North Highland, West Highland and Inner Moray Firth Local Employability Partnerships, comprising of local staff from Department of Work and Pensions, Developing the Young Workforce, Highland Council, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Skills Development Scotland, UHI Inverness, UHI West Highland and North Highland UHI.  Additional local third sector representatives may also be asked to take part in assessments where relevant.

Funders, administrators and auditors of public funds including, The Scottish Government , UK Government and Audit Scotland may also request access to your information.

Your information will be held for six years plus current year.

Your information is not subject to automated decision making or profiling.
