Low Income Pandemic Payment
Description

The Scottish Government Low Income Pandemic Support Payment (LIPP) is intended to provide additional financial support to people living on low incomes.

The Council makes these payments on behalf of the Scottish Government and must process personal data including bank details to do so. We will use existing data and the evidence uploaded by you to verify the information provided and to detect fraudulent claims.

If you do not give us your information

If you don’t provide personal data we will be unable to pay the low income pandemic payment into your bank account and payment will be credited to your council tax account if you have one.

Official Authority. We process personal data because we have authority to do so (Article 6(1)(e) of GDPR).
