Grant funding
The main role of Children and Young People’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund is to work with schools, community organisations and communities to enable applications and funding to support projects for the health and wellbeing and mental health of 5 to 24 year olds. These include mental health support projects, promoting healthy lifestyles and providing opportunities for wellbeing activities for this age group.

The Children and Young People’s Fund in Highland is administered by the Council. The Programme is funded by the Scottish Government. Information in support of applications made to this funding stream will be used to assess projects and determine funding decisions.  Personal details will be used to contact applicants to obtain further information about their applications.
 
Surveys
The fund carries out surveys to gather your views, as practitioners delivering Children and Young People’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund projects, on the process used to apply for funding.
 
All representations made to this consultation will be used to help inform application processes for future funding made available. Details submitted by respondents will not be published.  However, we may use this data to contact a respondent with regard to comments submitted. 
 
The tool being used for surveys and consultation does not require user registration to access.
If you do not give us your information

Grant applications cannot be submitted without the appropriate contact details of the applicants.

Surveys and consultation may be submitted anonymously, however we will not be able to provide you with a reply to your consultation response.

Who we share your information with

Anonymous information relating to grant funding will be shared with the Scottish Government which provides the funding.

Personal data gathered through surveys is not shared with third parties. Data is anonymised prior to reporting.

How long we hold your information

Information relating to grant funding will be held for six years plus the current year.  Where funding continues on a year by year basis, the data will be held for 6 years plus current year from the date that funding ends.

Survey information: The data held will not be of a personal nature and as such we will hold statistical data indefinitely as part of service improvement activity.  

Automated processing

Your data is not subject to automated processing.
