You can request a copy of information we hold about you and ask for it to be updated or deleted.

You will need to provide some proof of identity to enable us to deal with your request.

Data protection complaints

We are committed to making it easy for you to raise any concerns about how we handle your personal information.

You can contact us if you are unhappy about:

  • a personal data breach that has affected you
  • how we have responded to your data subject access request (or other rights request)
  • how long we are keeping your personal information
  • any other data protection issue

If you make a complaint, we will:

  • provide a clear and simple way for you to contact us
  • acknowledge your complaint within 30 days
  • investigate your concerns and keep you updated as we do so
  • provide you with an outcome without unnecessary delay
