Developing a Highland approach
To support a growing and resilient Highland economy, we need a workforce with the right skills for current and future jobs.
This project aims to develop a Highland-wide approach to employability and skills that:
- meets the needs of local businesses and communities
- aligns with national and local services
- supports people into sustainable employment
Although this project is not directly funded through the City-Region Deal, it is a key part of the wider ambition to improve economic outcomes across the region.
