Our approach
We are working with local and national partners to:
- improve how employability and skills services are delivered
- align new services with existing support
- ensure services are designed around local needs, not imposed from outside
This includes collaboration between:
- local partners such as NHS Highland and Highland Council
- national partners such as Skills Development Scotland and third sector organisations
Why this matters
A coordinated approach will help:
- reduce duplication of services
- improve outcomes for individuals and employers
- make better use of public resources
