Information about this election
Due to a resignation, a by-election is to be held to elect one councillor to Electoral Ward 4, East Sutherland and Edderton.
Ward 4 is a 3 Member ward, with the other elected Members being Councillors Richard Gale and Leslie-Anne Niven.
