Equality, diversity and inclusion

Equally Safe at Work (ESAW)

We are committed to advancing gender equality and preventing violence against women through the Equally Safe at Work (ESAW) accreditation programme. This initiative supports us to create an inclusive, gender-sensitive workplace by embedding best practices across leadership, data, flexible working, occupational segregation, workplace culture and violence against women.

Through ESAW, we are working to reduce the gender pay gap, improve representation in leadership roles and ensure our employment policies and practices support all employees, particularly those affected by gender-based violence. We are proud to be progressing through the ESAW accreditation tiers, demonstrating our commitment to equality, safety and dignity at work.
