Personal data
We provide payroll bureau services to several organisations who also have access to MyView for either access to payslips or a wider range of services.
It is important that the personal data that we hold about employees is accurate and up-to-date. Check your information in MyView – address, bank account, next of kin, doctor - make sure all your information is correct and make any changes needed directly into the portal.
Employee guides
The MyView ‘Me’ page is where you can:
- update your personal details
- access your payslips and P60’s
- set up Delegation Rules for when you are off
- submit Expense claims
- authorise your employee’s expenses
The MyView portal gives Council employees access to:
- Payslips and P60s
- Expense claim submission forms (this is the required way to submit claims)

Manager guides
If you are a manager and have staff reporting to you, you will have the ‘Me’ and ‘My People’ tab where you can also:
- see your Manager Reports
- make any changes to your Structure
a) create a new post and go to advert
b) obsolete a post that is no longer needed
c) request Interviews be set up
d) link for opening Talentlink to view applicants
e) link for MyJobScotland to view current adverts - fill in Employee Forms for new staff, staff changes and leavers
