Forgotten password
If you are unable to log in because you have forgotten your password you can request a temporary password. To do this:
- select 'Forgotten your password?' on the MyView log in page
- enter your Payroll ID
- select 'Next'
- select 'Reset my account'
- you will be emailed a temporary password with instructions on how to set a new password
Forgotten payroll ID
If you are having trouble logging in because you have forgotten your Payroll ID, contact our payroll team. You will need to provide your National Insurance number to help the team validate your information.
For any other issues
If you experience any issues signing in, lose your work device or delete the HG account in Microsoft Authenticator app, call us on 01463 383810 or raise a request on the ICT Portal.
