MyView app

The MyView app is simple, secure, and designed to help you stay on top of your information wherever you are.

The app allows you to:

  • update your personal details
  • submit expense claims
  • check your payslips

Registering for the MyView app

Before you download the app, make sure you have registered for the mobile app in MyView. You can do this by:

  1. logging into MyView
  2. selecting the account icon (top right)
  3. selecting 'Register for mobile app'

You will be sent an email from 'noreplyHighlandCouncil@myview.zellis.com'. This will contain the company registration code needed to set up the app.

Downloading the MyView app

  1. Download the “MyView (for Zellis HCM Cloud)” app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Navigate to 'Got a registration code?'
  3. Enter the company registration code provided in the email

Using the MyView app

At the login screen, select 'MyView'. You can log in by entering a Payroll ID and password.

Follow the instructions for signing in using a personal device.

Setting up biometric login (optional)

Sign‑in using facial recognition or your fingerprint is optional and needs to be enabled in your device settings. This can be enabled or disabled at any time, based on your preference.
