Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing guidance

This guidance supports the our whistleblowing policy. It helps employees and workers understand how to raise concerns about serious wrongdoing in the workplace.

It explains:

  • what whistleblowing is and how it differs from other types of complaints
  • how to raise a concern confidentially
  • where to get advice and support
  • the types of concerns you can report
  • what happens after you report a concern

You do not need proof of wrongdoing to raise a concern. You just need to believe it is true and in the public interest.

Read the full whistleblowing guidance before taking any action.
