Energy Efficient Homes

We want to improve the quality and condition of properties in the Highlands by providing free and impartial support for domestic buildings.

The Energy Efficient Scotland: Area Based Scheme (EES:ABS)  programme provides significant Scottish Government grant funding to Highland residents, offering energy efficiency measures which may lower fuel costs and improve living conditions and comfort levels for the household.

The Energy Company Obligation Flexible Eligibility (ECO4 Flex) and Great British Insulation Scheme Flex (GBIS Flex) provide funding for domestic properties towards energy efficiency upgrades for householders in fuel poverty and on low income and vulnerable to cold.
