Submitting a Notice of Review

If you want to lodge a notice of review for determination by the review body, this must be lodged within 3 months of the date of the decision notice. For a decision notice dated 20 May 2025, the last date for lodging a notice of review would be 19 August 2025.

Reviews against non-determination must be lodged within 3 months of the expiry of the two-month period allowed for determining the application or any extended date agreed in writing between the applicant and the planning authority.

Any reviews submitted on or after 9 June 2025 may require a fee to be paid. More information on the fee scale can be found at The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Local Reviews) (Scotland) Regulations 2025

To submit a notice of review, complete and return the notice of review form and any supporting documentation to review.body@highland.gov.uk or submit through the edevelopment portal.
