Submitting a Notice of Review

If you want to lodge a notice of review for determination by the review body, this must be lodged within 3 months of the date of the decision notice. For a decision notice dated 20 October 2022, the last date for lodging a notice of review would be 19 January 2023.
For reviews against non-determination, these must be lodged within 3 months of the date of expiry of the two-month period allowed for determining the application, or any extended date agreed in writing between the applicant and the planning authority.
To submit a notice of review, complete and return the notice of review form and any supporting documentation to review.body@highland.gov.uk or alternatively submit through the edevelopment portal.
