If you want to lodge a notice of review for determination by the review body this must be lodged within 3 months of the date of the decision notice. For a decision notice dated 20 October 2022, the last date for lodging a notice of review would be 19 January 2023.
For reviews against non-determination, these must be lodged within 3 months of the date of expiry of the two month period allowed for determining the application, or any extended date agreed in writing between the applicant and the planning authority.
To submit a notice of review complete and return the notice of review form along with any supporting documentation to review.body@highland.gov.uk or alternatively submit through the edevelopment portal.
