Replacement of lost or damaged cards
If your card is reposted as lost or damaged a replacement fee of £10.00 applies.
Cards reported as lost will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated if later found
If your card is damaged due to wear and tear, bring it to the Car Park Office for assessment. The replacement fee may be waived depending on the condition of the card.
If you need a new card you can request a replacement online.
